How Not to Cruise the High Seas:

Murder and mayhem on a cruise ship. Nowhere for the culprit to run. Nowhere for anyone to hide. Tiffany Rose is a single mother whose Uncle Dexter Conlon is captain of a cruise ship. The company has hired her to be the chief librarian and also the chaplain on Sundays. On her first day she is blocked from boarding the ship because a young man had been found bludgeoned to death. Tiffany had inherited a gift from her father which gave her a special sensitivity to crime scenes. She is allowed on board and tries to find the culprit. The Vancouver police take someone into custody, but Tiffany knows he was not the actual murderer. throughout the cruise she struggles with separation from her eight year old son, who is at boarding school, a new love in her live and trying to convince everyone that the nurderer is still on board. Enjoy an exciting trip to Hawaii with the crew of The Seafarer’s Memories in the year 2035.

Children’s story time

¬†Sherry has published a chapbook with three of her children’s stories in it.

The first one is Jake the Rake Helps Joseph. Included is her original Jake the Rake poem. Jake the Rake goes around helping people.

The second story is Chippy Antics. Here there is a poem made from the original story. The story is based on the antics of the chipmunks who lived under their house when they lived at Muscleman’s Lake. The antics are true, but the story is from the chipmunk’s point of view.

The third story is her first one from the Window on the World stories. Marcia daydreams and one day she falls through the window into a fantasy world where animals talk and have their own problems, which she helps to solve.

The book sells for $5.00US to the US and includes postage. It sells for $5.00 in Canadian funds to within Canada and includes pstage.


Guardian Angel

Sherry wrote a chapbook for children called The Guardian Angel. It is the life of Jesus seen through the eyes of His Guardian angel. It covers before his birth up to after the crucifiction. It’s written in language that children can understand and Casey, the Guardian Angel relates to the children by being short, small, young and inexperienced. But he was given the job of watching over Jesus during his life on earth.

Sherry plans on writing more books using Casey about life when Jesus was born and what He did when He was a child. The chapbook sells for $5.00 including postage within Canada in Canadian funds. It sells for $5.00US to the US including postage.

Sherry has self published two children’s picture books. The illustrations are in colour and were done by Carl Clark in Oshawa (now deceased).

The books are about a young girl, Jannell, who loves to visit her Nana. When she goes into her Nana’s garden, she finds that she can talk with the insects and learn about them. She can also shrink so she can go into their home and find out how they live. Come visit with Jannell and her insect friends.
